Renowned American Hip-Hop duo Rae Sremmurd has finally premiered the captivating visual accompaniment to their hit track, “Not So Bad (Lean’s Gone Cold).” Directed by Miami-born filmmaker Michael Gilbert, the music video was highly anticipated after a sneak peek of the shoot was revealed earlier this year.
“Not So Bad (Lean’s Gone Cold)” takes its place as the fourth rap record on Rae Sremmurd’s latest album, “Sremm 4 Life,” which was expertly produced by Mike Will Made It. The album boasts a multitude of rap collaborations, with standout tracks such as “Royal Flush” featuring Young Thug, “Activate” featuring Future, and “Tanisha (Pump That)” featuring Pharrell Williams, among others. Notably, the music video for “Not So Bad (Lean’s Gone Cold)” features an appearance by the iconic rapper, record producer, and songwriter, Post Malone.
Adding an intriguing twist, “Not So Bad (Lean’s Gone Cold)” draws inspiration from Eminem’s legendary rap record, “Stan,” featuring Dido. Rae Sremmurd becomes the second Hip-Hop act to reimagine an Eminem track, following Lyrical Lemonade’s recent single, “Doomsday,” featuring Cordae and Juice WRLD.
