Irv Gotti, known legally as Irving Domingo Lorenzo, is facing a lawsuit in a Miami court alleging sexual assault and abuse over a two-year period. According to documents obtained by HipHopDX, a woman identified as Jane Doe filed the lawsuit in Miami-Dade on July 11, accusing Gotti of coercing her into sexual activity shortly after meeting at a poker tournament in 2020. The incidents allegedly occurred in locations including Saint Martin, Miami, and Atlanta.
The lawsuit claims that Gotti used his influence in the music industry to manipulate Doe into a relationship, during which she experienced ongoing abuse. Following their separation, Doe asserts that Gotti defamed her to his social circle, causing her significant emotional and psychological distress. The lawsuit further states that these experiences led to severe harm, necessitating psychiatric care which continues to affect her.
The lawsuit seeks a trial by jury to address these allegations.
