Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and Music Legends Unite for LA FireAid Benefit Concert

Los Angeles came together in a night of music and resilience as stars including Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Dr. Dre performed at FireAid, a benefit concert to support communities devastated by the recent wildfires. Held simultaneously at the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome, the five-hour event featured over 20 artists raising funds for wildfire relief and prevention.

Billie Eilish took the stage alongside Green Day for a powerful duet of Last Night on Earth, later performing her own hits with brother Finneas. Lady Gaga closed the night with a stirring rendition of Shallow, leaving the crowd in awe.

Stevie Nicks, whose home was saved by firefighters, dedicated Landslide to first responders, while No Doubt and Dr. Dre paid tribute to California with anthems that resonated deeply with the audience. Other highlights included Joni Mitchell’s rare appearance performing Both Sides Now and Nirvana’s reunion with guest vocalists.

Amid performances, Billy Crystal and Samuel L. Jackson honored those affected, sharing stories of loss and resilience. U2 contributed a $1 million donation, and the Ballmer family pledged to match funds raised.

The fires, among the largest in LA history, claimed 29 lives and destroyed over 16,000 structures. Proceeds from FireAid will aid recovery efforts and fund future fire prevention initiatives, reinforcing the city’s determination to rebuild stronger than before.
